PURCHASE ORDERS
The purchase orders we receive are only valid as booking and they do not bind BRS HIGH FEDELITY SPARE PARTS S.R.L. on the total or partial delivery. We do not dispatch any purchase order inferior to EURO 500,00 or at the same countervalue in foreign countries. In derogation from what we have mentioned above, we can also dispatch various orders of lower amount, provided that amassing them in the commercial month you attain the minimum amount to invoice. We will send orders of lower amount only if this has been previously agreed upon with the responsible of the sales department.
PACKING
Failing exact instructions described in the orders, packing will be either in standard cardboard boxes or in standard plastic bags, without extra charges. In case you ask for different packings (not standard), we will debit you with extra costs.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. BRS HIGH FEDELITY SPARE PARTS S.R.L. will not correspond any indemnity for possible direct and indirect damages, due to time-lag in the delivery, under any circumstances and any cause.
TRANSPORTS AND SHIPMENTS
The shipment of the goods is “E.X.W. Ex works” . Goods travel at buyer’s risk, even if they have been sold “ex-factory”. BRS HIGH FEDELITY SPARE PARTS S.R.L. will not correspond any indemnity for possible direct and indirect damages, due to time-lag in the delivery, under any circumstances and any cause. Failing exact directions, shipments will be made using means of transport that we consider more appropriate, without you complaining about it.
COMPLAINTS AND RESTITUTIONS
We do not accept any complaint after 8 days you have received the goods. To this purpose, we will consider valid the date of the delivery note.
We do not accept any restitution, by authority received by the responsible of our sales department . According to our internal rules, we do not accept restitutions of goods which have been shipped 30 days before your request of return. This is also valid for articles made without using our catalogues.
INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
We consider invoices entirely accepted, only if they are not rejected within 8 days from their receiving.
The goods remain our property until full payment thereof.
Payment conditions refer either to the ones we have agreed upon or reported in the invoice. BRS HIGH FEDELITY SPARE PARTS S.R.L. is authorized to count the interests on delayed payments, equivalent to the “prime rate” in force, in case you do not respect the maturity agreed upon.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS
Tools and equipments belong to BRS HIGH FEDELITY SPARE PARTS S.R.L., until they have been entirely paid from buyers.
PRICE LISTS
Price lists can be modified either according to the demands of the market or because of the rise of prices of raw materials and labour, without previous notice to our customers.
CONTROVERSY
The italian law will be applied to solve every controversy and the competent law-courts are in BRESCIA (Italia).
